However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color or detail will be accurate. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders placed on technicallybuilt.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we supply, refuse an order, or cancel an order at our discretion. Upon placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept various forms of payment as displayed on our checkout page.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Technically Built provides shipping options as part of the checkout process. Delivery times and shipping rates vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, we are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by external shipping providers. International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or import fees; these are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to approval at the discretion of Technically Built. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Eligible items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees. Custom orders or discounted items may not be eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged.
6. Product Warranty
Technically Built provides a limited warranty for defective products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or other external factors. For warranty inquiries, please contact us directly. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and photos of the item in question.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technically Built LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
